Answer: The BB VIP content is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18
Question: How Can I access BB VIP?
Answer: To access the BB VIP Service, you will require a valid DSTV Connect profile. Login into BB VIP with your DSTV Connect profile, pay the once-off membership fee of R70.00 (approximately USD 10.00) and you will have access to BB VIP for the duration of the Big Brother Amplified season.
Question:
How secure are my login details for BB VIP?
Answer: You shall be solely responsible for keeping secret all your Access Details to BB VIP in order to prevent unauthorized access to and use of the BB VIP Service by a third party.
Question: For how long will BB VIP be available?
Answer: The Service is available for the duration of the 2012 Big Brother Stargame season.
Question: Will I be able to download BB VIP content?
Answer: Video and image downloads on BB VIP are NOT permitted.
Question: Will I be charged for Data?
Answer: You get charged for the data that is transferred over the internet connection. This is called the “data cost” and is dependent on your agreement with your internet service provider.
Question: Will I be charged on my DStv account?
Answer: No, you will only be billed a once-off membership fee via your credit card when you sign up for the BB VIP service.
Question: I am a DStv subscriber. Why do I have to pay online to access Shower Hour?
Answer: This product was especially created by DStv Online as an additional service and as such, incurs an additional cost.
Question: Is there a camera in the shower and will there be Shower Hour on BIG BROTHER VIP?
Answer: There are cameras in the shower and shower hour will be available only in the BB VIP area at
www.africamagic.tv/bigbrother for a once-off fee of ZAR 70.00 (approximately USD 10.00), payable online via credit card.
Question: When will the shower hour stream be available for viewing?
Answer: Shower hour will be streamed Live daily ONLY from the Downville house, Monday to Friday, exclusively in the BB VIP section.
